Simply lie the pillow across the eyes whilst lying on your back.
It provides the perfect weight to aid blocking out light, the lavender is calming and relaxing, so it’s a perfect yoga or meditation accessory.
The pillow can be put into the fridge for a cooling feeling or warmed slightly by leaving for a short period of time on a warm radiator.
The Outer pillow case can be removed for washing, on a low temperature cotton wash cycle.
