This is a handmade and pre tied accessory, so it gives good representation of a traditional hand tied Bow Tie.
It has a double bow.
The neck strap is made from the same fabric, cotton and fastens with a metal hook and bar. It's adjustable and extends to 18inches (contact me for larger sizes)
