Instructions for use.
Pop into your microwave, start on 30 seconds and increase in 10 second intervals. Do not overheat as the rice will burn. Do not leave unattended in the microwave. The heat packs should remain warm for approx 30mins. Wait for the pack to cool before re heating. Not to be used for children under 36 months.
Spot Clean, do not wash.
